Card declined
If you are trying to enrol in a course your card may be declined by your bank for various reasons, but payments may also be declined as they do not pass our security checks.
The most common reason for failed payments is that your zip code / post code / eircode does not match that held by your bank.
If this happens to you please note that you might see a pending payment on your statement. This does not mean that money has been taken, rather it simply means that you have the funds to pay for the course, but your payment failed our security checks as there is a problem with your zip/post code.
If you have a pending charge, this will drop off your statement.
All successful payments receive a receipt from us, if your card was declined due to zip/post code issues, and you did not receive a receipt from us or access to your course, this pending charge that you may see will drop of your statement.
